What we did in Micanopy

This wood-sided historic home in Micanopy kept its charm and lost its drafts. We installed Andersen double-hung windows in the original tall openings, keeping the home’s blue trim and proportions intact while giving the family modern insulated glass and smooth-operating sashes.

  • White frames set into the original blue-trimmed openings
  • Tall proportions kept to match the historic wood siding
  • Insulated glass for a much quieter, tighter home
